Blood Type: Which Foods are Right

Blood type is an element that most of us never consider when it comes to what we eat.  The following is a simple list of foods that are beneficial and foods that are not beneficial for each blood type.  I believe the Ultimate Meal Plan is one that is Zone proportioned and Paleo friendly minus all food that are NOT suitable for your blood type.

TYPE O: Thrives on a high animal protein and low carbohydrate diet.  INTENSE physical exercise is need and the body runs better in a mild state of ketosis.  Avoid all grains and dairy.
