Monday:

Breakfast

6 Egg White Omette with Spinach and Tomato

1/2 Avocado

Snack

1 Handful Raw Almonds

1/2 Cup Blueberries or Strawberries

or

Paleo KIT

Lunch

Large Salad

1 Scoop Chia Seeds or Flax Seeds

1 Chicken Breast or Lean Protein

EVOO

Lemon Juice

Snack:

1 Handful Raw Almonds

4 oz Chicken

or

1/2 Can Tuna low sodium

1 Cup Brocolli

OR

Paleo KIT (order at www.paleokits.org)

Dinner:

2 Cups Spinach sauteed with 2 Tbsp EVOO and fresh Garlic

1 Tomato Sliced

1/2 Avocado

5 oz Chicken Breast Grilled or Broiled

**Post Workout Shake- 1.5 Scoops Whey Protein Shake with water along with a High Glycemic Index Fruit….pineapple, grapes, mango, etc.**
