1/2 Avocado

1/2 cup blueberries

Snack

Paleo Kit

or

Handful of Raw Almonds or Walnuts

Small Piece of Lean Beef or Chicken or Fish

Lunch

1 Cup Brocolli

1 Tuna Steak Grilled or Baked with garlic and other seasoning you desire

Small Salad

OR

Large Salad

Grilled Chicken Breast

Crumbled walnuts or Sunflower Seeds

Snack

LARA BAR

or

Paleo Kit

or

Raw Almonds

1 Tomato

2 Slices Avocado

Dinner

1 Package 99% Ground Turkey sauteed with

2 TBSP EVOO

Garlic

Onions

Cumin

LARGE Lettuce Leaves

Diced Tomato

1 Avocado sliced

You will make Lettuce Tacos with the lettuce and put the tomato and avocado on top of it.  Makes enough for three servings
