99% Ground Turkey

Salmon NOT FARM RAISED, Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Talapia

Eggs or Egg Whites

Tuna in a can if needed

BARS:

Lara Bar *only the ones with NO peanuts or cashews as ingredients
