ZONE
The Zone Diet by Dr. Sears has been around for some time now and in a nut shell its based on “blocks” of food throughout the course of a day. Each macronutrient is to consumed at each sitting and the amount of food consumed is carefully regulated using the block system. Although tough the first week or two the Zone Diet will allow you to be in full control of your how much you are eating and understand what to adjust based on your athletic performance and appearance. Body fat will drop when staying true to the Zone and even more so when adhering to a Paleo ONLY menu of food choices. Many highly active individuals will multiply the amount of fat blocks they eat when they feel sluggish or are becoming too lean and their performance starts to suffer. Self monitoring is important to help maintain a healthy body fat and overall wellness.

7 Grams of Protein
1.5 Grams of Fat
